MOWW Fm 10e, Online In-School Program Event Report (E-Submission)
Form 10e - Online In-School Program Event Report
This online form is used to capture major details, particularly those which are PEP Award considerations, of an In-School Program and, in a timely manner, for contributing content for MOWW Officer Review or other MOWW publications.
NLT 60 days after the Chapter’s In-School Program Coordinator, Patriotic Education Coordinator, or Commander fills out and submits this form for an In-School Program event.
When submitted, form will go to the Patriotic Education Committee Chair, the Outreach Program Manager, and the applicable Region Commander and Chapter Commander.
Retain a copy of this report as an event record, and a reference for filling out

The plan should include agenda, list of participant schools, sponsors, donors, past speakers, facility venue, and vendors. and their contact information). The plan, should reside with Chapter records and at least one other event staff member. The EVENT Report can be used as part of the plan or overall program report.

Description of this Program Event Set
1. Elevator Pitch:
Provide elevator pitch of less than 2-minute duration to market the EVENT to participants and community. Key description elements are venue, locale, features and their influence upon the agenda, but emphasize the event unique agenda. [Maximum 200 words as a narrative]
2. Description
can serve as outline, draft or final for an article about the event.
3. Commentary
e.g., observations, best practices, lessons-learned. [Maximum 150 words for each topic]
Key to commentary is anything deemed worth sharing with EVENT Coordinators and the PEC. May become source or source material for an article in Officer Review or Outreach Program page of moww.org.
4. Event Photos & Flyer
MOWW has a repository for photos. The MOWW Outreach Program Manager (OPM) created the repository and maintains it.

There is a dedicated folder for each chapter set of In-School events. The OPM can provide a link for you to directly upload to the folder for your event or you can email your photos to the PEC Chair to upload the photos to the folder for your event. Photos submitted will be candidates for use in MOWW publications (e.g., Officer Review, brochure, website, social media). Photos should be mostly action shots to tell your event’s story and grab the viewers’ attention in a positive, constructive way.

Submit 5-20 unedited, digital color photos (minimum 350 DPI) with unique filenames.
ii.
Please use the format below for event photo filenames to facilitate identifying In-School event source and content among many other photos. Separate each filename element by an underscore.
