Gold Patrick Henry Medal (GPHM) Certificate. The GPHM Certificate comes with a GPHM and an embossed, padded presentation folder (only applicable to the GPHM–the SPHM and BPHM use standard MOWW certificate folders).

This item may not be purchased since HQ MOWW pays for and prepares all GPHM award elements (i.e., the medal, certificate and the embossed padded presentation folder) for authorized presenters, i.e., CINC (3 each), SVCINC (1 each), VCINCs (1 each) and IPCINC (1 each).

Note: The earlier GPHM design may be worn, but it may not be exchanged for the current design. However, the current GPHM may be purchased via the MOWW Store.
