How to Check Order Status
All orders placed through the online store will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code to track your shipment. You can enter the tracking code in each of the shipping service’s websites to track your shipment:
If you have an account
In the main navigation, go to Store > Past Orders/Shipment Tracking or click here. Click “View Order” next to the order you wish to track. At the top of the order information, click “Shipments”. Half way down that page will be your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment status.
If you do not have an account
You will need to track your order using the tracking code provided in the shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive a tracking code in an email, please contact us.
