and then upload them here, as well, for the Committee to review.

Download this form at the start of the Operating Year to self-score your newsletters.  When complete, upload the file using the upload slot on this page (below).  If you have questions, please ask the IPC Committee.

The filing date for the Chapter Newsletter Award Submission form is always 1 June. When finished, please drop your completed Excel file here for submitting to the Information & Publicity Committee.
