After filling in the answers to these questions, please upload a document with all of your chapter’s activities in greater detail. The committee will review all submissions with their uploaded file in order to determine the final point value.

G. Exhibits

Do not submit any supporting exhibits (e.g., letters, newspaper articles, publicity products, event programs). Only award submissions responding to the specific requirements of Enclosure 1 will be accepted and considered.

H. Submission

1. Part A of “MOWW Public Safety / Law & Order Project Award Evaluations” table below refers to Paragraphs B, C and D above. Part B of that same table refers to Paragraphs E and F above.

2. In making their submissions, chapters should self-grade themselves by awarding themselves points in each table row under the ‘Chapter Completion’ column.
