Congratulations on completing a successful Massing of the Colors.
• This online form is used to capture major details of a Massing of Colors.
• NLT 60 days after the MOC, Chapter Commander, Patriotic Education Coordinator or MOC Coordinator will fill out and submit this form for the MOC.
• When submitted, the Patriotic Education Committee Chair & the Outreach Program Manager (OPM) will be notified. Upon receipt, the OPM will forward a copy to the Region Commander and Chapter Commander.
• Retain a copy of this report for event record and use as a reference for filling out MOC data in
